At Monarch Threads & More, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
Return Process: To start a return, contact us at support@itsmonarch.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and skincare products
- Accessories and intimate items
(Sale items are welcome back — your satisfaction matters more than the price you paid.)
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
European Union: If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
