No Hassle Returns

 

Return Process

At Monarch Threads & More, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns  
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed  
• In original condition  
• With all tags attached  

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items  
• Beauty and skincare products  
• Accessories and intimate items

 

Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
